Yoji Tomosue 友末洋治

5 July 1900 – 23 October 1988. B. Hiroshima Prefecture. Politician. Served for 14 years as governor of Ibaragi Prefecture starting 19 August 1945. Introduced to Morihei Ueshiba c. 1934 by Kenji TOMITA while working as a police chief. Instrumental in the establishment of the KOBUKAI FOUNDATION in 1940 as Director of the Physical Education Section of the Bureau of Physical Strength of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and again in the creation of the AIKIKAI FOUNDATION in 1948 while serving as the governor of Ibaragi Prefecture.
